Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Customers selecting Self Collection will be notified once their order is ready for collection. Proof of purchase may be required before releasing an order.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with South African consumer protection legislation.

Products that have been opened, used or damaged through misuse may not qualify for a refund unless required by law.
